Return policy

We want every parent and child to benefit from Snottie as much as we enjoyed creating it! If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we will gladly refund or exchange, within 30 days of your order date, when accompanied by the original packing slip invoice or proof of purchase. Item must be returned in its original packaging, with all original pieces attached.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@snottiecare.com to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number. This RMA number will be emailed back to you and ensures that we are expecting a package from you. Please write the RMA number in the top right hand side of the return form. Please print the completed form and include it in the package with your merchandise. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, whenever possible, and mail or courier to:

Shipping costs for returns are not included. We recommend that all returns be sent using a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We apologize but we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

If you wish to exchange an item, we will gladly send you a replacement FREE OF SHIPPING CHARGES. This one-time free shipping for your exchange, applies to regular-priced merchandise only.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and approval of your refund.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Shipping charges (including those incurred for returns) and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

PROCESSING TIME
Depending on the shipping method you have chosen for your package and from where it is being shipped back to us, it can take time for us to receive it. Upon receipt, please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your credit. In addition, allow a few additional days for your financial institution to process the credit.
